Willow - Watch Live Cricket App Reviews

Canadian fans DO NOT GET/SUBSCRIBE. Used to be good until the last update. Lots of live games and you could watch the replays, but when they made the the distinction between Canada and the USA, lots of live contents were taking out for Canadian users, not even the replays were available. Plus they increased the subscription, and when inquired about the content and the increase, they gave the usual "Dear customer we are doing are best..." Once again DO NOT GET IF YOU ARE CANADIAN.

If you are a Canadian looking for serious live cricket, Willow is a waste of time and money. They seem never able to make matches available. They even start out at times to give you the impression that certain matches will be available only to be disappointed at the start time. Focus somewhere else. They arent even open about giving a good and honest response to enquires. They seem more interested in their monthly payments through subscription. In a short while they will be history in Canada and other places.

For Canadian region its waste of money and time.

As noted Canadian content is limited. However the games I watch live are excellent quality and the app is finally reliable. The replays quality is not quite as good since the audio has a constant stutter. The user interface is reasonable. The live game gui is a bit messy. Would like a static list with clear times displayed.

Agree with #Dansonofrobin. US gets better coverage than Canada. Would love to see more South African games.

Always crashes and doesnt update my subscription , have to call them at least once a month.

I try for watch Sri Lanka cricket with a friend. I am USA. But for England game, I could find no streaming cricket of the game. I have watched many Sri Lanka home matches through willow but it seems that now that it is another (countrys) cricket match, I see only highlights from willow.

The video clips dont play. There is no access to my account. Dont download this better yet dont subscribe to willow

Cant get it to load on phone. A piece of crap. Cancelling my subscription

Most disappointingly my subscription does not allow me to view live series when Im traveling outside the US. This is extremely restrictive for a subscription to a "world sport".

Ive been a subscriber to them for over a year now and theyve vastly improved many things. The streaming is definitely HD now whereas before it was hard to tell whether it was or not. The only issue is customer service. They take a while to reply and often state theres no issue. When I tried to cancel before they made an offer instead, which I did end up taking because it was too good to pass up. They have gotten better though so 4 stars for the improvement

#1. STAY AWAY -- FRAUD!!! here is NO way to UnSubscribe and theyll Keep charging your Credit card for months! There is No Contact Tel# on the App & neither any Unsubscribe option. #2. They dont show the latest ongoing matches:( #3. Doesnt work outside USA

I see that the recent update to the Willow app has made the app not to rotate the display when in full screen mode. It always orients only to one side even though we rotate the device. It makes it very difficult to adjust the volume when we have the volume buttons underneath the display. Hope you understand and fix this issue before the World cup matches start. Update on 06/18/2016: The app still doesnt work properly . The full screen orientation doesnt rotate even when the portrait mode is off. I sent several emails to customer support , but they refuse to accept that its an issue at all. Pathetic Cust care .. I tried the issue on several iPhones and the issue is valid one . Revising the rating to 1 star. Update on 08/21/2016 : The full screen rotation issue is not fixed even after five months of continuous complaints.. This is not the way you improve any application. Hope they fix the issue within the next decade... I cant give zero stars else would have given that as well..

Ive been a subscriber on and off for a few years now. After recently reactivating my subscription I was very impressed with the improvements. Everything worked well and the streaming quality and reliability was excellent. However, in the last few weeks I have suddenly been unable to view any replays on my iPad or iPhone. All it says on the replay sections is "part one" and even that doesnt play. Everything still works perfectly on Apple TV which is why I havent given it one star. Fix this problem and I would happily resubmit a four star review (improvements still need to be made to the iPad interface to avoid spoilers in order to get a five star)

No way to unsubscribe from service, be very careful before buying.

Life would not be worth living in The States without it.

I believe this app got lot better.

I have been subscriber for several years. Always use computer, like to use mobile version occasionally but it does not work. What is going on?
