Subscribe to their tv through Comcast and still charge extra for online. Online plays for 15 seconds then stops. Claim dont support Samsung. What a joke. 3rd world tech service.

The India games have so poor quality on the Apple TV app. Streaming buffers, audio and video sometimes do not sync, there is no audio sometimes and sometimes the app errors out. The game today was being relayed 3 balls behind. Some of the online streams seem better than this paid service.. Worst quality

App will crash if we try to watch replay. It doesnt have proper highlights of the match. First and last month of willow subscription. ".|.."

The app keeps crashing. The fixtures tab and results tab doesnt show anything. If you tap any of the links, the app crashes. Sometimes the casting doesnt work either.

Terrible service. Its been more than 10 days i have been trying to reach them, first of all they hide their phone number from their website, so i had to google the number. Then they said to leave a message and they will return the call. Havnt heard from them yet. They are charging $15 for something that doesnt even work fully. Their replays are missing or in very poor recording. I want to get a refund but cant get a hold of them.

Cant watch live as it is giving error "event not available in your region" . I bought the package already

I have a valid subscription and it wont play on the app. Content would play on the website on my Mac, and Windows laptop but not on the app. Not acceptable.

The new update has fixed the bugs in the replays and now the scores are not shown on the iPad if you turn them off whereas on the last update the results would still show even if you turned it off. The source now used for the replays is great. Very happy with this now

Unacceptable. There are a million streaming apps out there, but willow tv hasnt learned anything at all. There are no controls (play, pause, fwd) when streaming through chromecast. If the streaming breaks (very common on this app), you have to start all over again.

Very poor app. I also gab the AppleTV app. Shabbily organized content, highlights is all over the place, no logical organization. Also, the replays are only half the match, just 1 innings. The next innings is it uploaded after the match for replay. Looks like the whole thing is very poorly managed by the owners or the managing team.

Very complicated and lots of function not there if you want to see a live match or even want to know when is India playing nothing its just waste of money and time.. They need to make it more wiling user friendly so whatever you like you can search watch.. I would not Recomend..

The app doesnt even let you sign in on the iPhone ! "Invalid authorization token"

The new app is far easier to navigate and is stable. I wish it would allow you to pause replays, go to another app (safari, email, etc) and then go back to the replay at the point you left off. That would give it 5 stars.
