The application is not allowing me to login.if we cant login then whats the use of this application. Stupid application.

Guys heres the thing, if you subscribe it once there is no wat to unsubscribe it. they dont have any phone number for customer care and they never responds back to you. If you think you gonna keep it forever then maybe this one is good for you, but if you tryna just watch a series or somethings do not subscribe it,,

Every time you try to replay something it gives an error. Also, the app is not like Netflix where it streamlines the speed. This app just goes into error mode way too many times.

The latest forced update removes the option for paid subscribers to access replays. Its now highlights only. Useless. Am canceling subscription.

3 emails and 4 phone call made to cancel subscription ,no one responds not even an auto reply and they continue to charge money

Pathetic and garbage customer service. There is no way to cancel the subscription and they keep billing. Stupid management.

There is no way to cancel unless you report the credit card stolen and get to changed! Even then they keep billing you.

Good app but very bad customer service. Very bad and difficult when it comes to cancel your subscription. There email dont work, no phone number to call. Finally I got phone number from Amex. If you facing same problem call this unpublished number 650 394 5562 and they will call you from no caller id.

Unable to cancel this service. There is nothing on the website to allow you to cancel. No response from willow. Will call credit card company to cancel subscription. Do NOT recommend it. Its a shame though, app does work okay though with frequent freezes. Would have been worth it, if indeed they are able to cover more events. For example they wont cover IPL. Update finally got response from them to get service cancelled.

How does iTunes allow a scam service like this

Even after requesting to cancel my subscription 7 days in advance, I was charged for an additional month. Customer service is scrappy at best as it took them 5 days to just reply to my email. ( apparently besides an email address , there is no way to contact them). Really poor stuff !!

If you subscribe, there is no way to unsubscribe it. No customer care phone number provided to call and no option in website to cancel your subscription. Heck, there is no way to even remove your credit card. To cancel your credit card you have to send a mail but they wont cancel it. They will send you an "offer" in the email. The "offer" is nothing but a broken link and the offer page does not even exist. Even if you ask again to cancel they wont reply fast. I have asked them to cancel my subscription and I am still waiting. Think before you subscribe.

I read all the views and I have the same problem. Is there any way I can take legal action against this fraudulent charges on my card ? This is America you cannot charge at your will. Lets all get together and sue or take legal course for are fraudulent charges without consent.
