Terrible. DOES NOT WORK IN JAPAN. Useless really.

Nice free app. As I subscribe to Willow TV, I would like to be able to watc the Live Streams also. It would make sense for Willow TV to have Live Stream available as it would surely help build their paid subscription base.

Wonderful, I can watch videos and live commented, love it.

No streaming videos... Keeps showing message that I do not have Internet connectivity... Get your act together

Does not refresh, customer support is nonexistent - not ready for the World Cup.

New iPhone app keeps crashing and wouldnt open

I got this app as an Australian, trying to keep up to date with cricket. I use it on Apple TV. Its disappointing for several reasons... 1. Buffers/stalls quite often despite having a very strong and fast internet connection. The sound also cuts in and out fairly regularly. 2. The app doesnt "remember where you left off". So if you watch the first session, and then want to watch the afternoon session...you need to fast forward through 8 hours of content. This is frustrating if you are someone like me who can only watch for 30/45 mins at a time. 3. Its quite expensive if you are only interested in one series. Eg Id rather pay $9 for the one series I want rather than $15 for the month.

If you want to watch matches between Saurashtra and Odisha you buy this. Highlights in this app are downloaded you tube highlights. No 1st class matches can be watched. I dont even want to pay a dollar per month for this Willow TV anymore! Day robbery !! I have given one star for this App and consider me generous

Streaming of half the games are not available for the app that are available for the website... Like the Ipl games are not available in the app...

Although IPL games are available through Willow on the website and through Apple TV, there are no IPL games through the app.

Absolutely terrible app. Cant even watch the IPL. There are streaming issues too. Very disappointed.

The app is terrible, it hardly works on the AppleTV, and once you’ve subscribed, Willow will not let you leave. Their website does not provide an option to unsubscribe and after emailing them in Marrch 2015 to cancel, they are still billing my credit card. I’ve emailed them several times to unsubscribe, but they keep trying to sell me another package, continually skirting my demand to leave and be refunded. I’ve never been scammed by an Apple endorsed app. These guys are terrible and Apple should drop them immediately!

Try to contact their support for the past 2 days, no luck, If I run my business like this I will certainly go bankrupt. Do not subscribe you will be ripped off!!!

App crashes too many times.

I could not be more disappointed with my subscription at the moment. US subscribers apparently can watch the games, yet in Canada there is no coverage through willowtv. Furthermore, the layout of the newest version of the app is a step backwards in the presentation of available content. If willowtv does not carry the IPL this year, I will be cancelling my subscription for sure.

No live streaming of T20 World Cup

App went from Hero to Zero with latest upgrade. Previously had a lot of Intl content including ICC WT20 2016 and now literally next to nothing. Complete rip off and will be cancelling if not addressed. Im a relatively new subscriber and was loving the service. But now? What a scam...

Signed up just to watch tomorrows match but the app keeps crashing and no live tv options...this is ridiculous
